About the Event
We will be sharing cosmic juice, making mandalas and pulling angel cards this lions' gate portal. Carry your own art material (optional) such as brush pens, colour pencils, crayons ,etc and a black marker. We will also be providing sheets of paper and some basic art supplies. We comfortable clothing.
Mandala is a form of art therapy. Through Mandala making, you express and reflect. Allowing a certain lightness of being to take centre stage with each stroke you exhale abd release. While creating the Mandala on the floor, you
unknowingly achieve so many things such as enhance the memory, creativity, develop the
eyesight to seeing the forms, develop hand skills, energy, mindfulness, concentration, time and space
management, strengthen the focus and find true joy, calm and confidence. Also, remove fear and opens so
many inner blockages. The important thing is that you can achieve all of these benefits while having fun
with simply drawing lines on paper.
