About the Event
In our Sound Bath for Chakra Balancing will work through a sequence of long, deep exhales with beej mantra chanting focusing on each energy centre starting from the base of the spine, up to the crown of the head. The chakra bowl frequencies will help to stimulate, align and unblock stuck energy, restoring prana and calming the nervous system; bringing the mind, body and spirit back into balance.
