About the Event
We will be giving you recipe handouts and showing live demonstrations with a hands-on experience for the following items and more . Teaching you to house ferment your own kombucha, rejuvelac, kimchi, sauerkraut, and make peanut curd. We will alos be teaching how to grow your own sprouts, wheatgrass and sunflower microgreens. Our workshops are interactive and encourage particiaption. We have a Q/A session, where we will enetertain any questions on this subject. Join in for all the fun, learning and to get your hands dirty with soil !
