We'll explore standing pose variations, such as Warrior II and side angle, delve deeper with Pigeon and Baddha Konasana , then bring your practise to a close with Bridge and a serene Savasana . Discover how your pelvis can be a place of both ebb and flow as you deeply relax through Yoga Nidra. This practice will help you rest with awareness and invite healing, to support your journey of recovery. We'll be serving a Rose-Orange Iced Tea and Fennel-Jasmine Chia Pudding after class to help release any blockages in the Sacral Chakra.
