About the Event
It's so important to develop contemplating practices where one can reflect and go through deeper transformations at the individual level and collectively at societal levels. And one of the most fascinating tools is Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a combination of ancient and modern practices using the body, mind and breath to reset the nervous system, release suppressed emotions and tap into the wisdom that you didn't even realize you had access to.
The breathwork session will be focused in challenging the inner negative critic within to create a shift in the perspective by being more peaceful, centered aware and developing compassion inside out.
Our breath, or prana, is literally what keeps us alive, and yet, so often, we go through the day chronically shallow breathing, denying ourselves our full life force which often keeping us in a state of anxiety, or fight or flight.
Breathwork, or the process of deep rhythmic breathing, moves us out of fight or flight and into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Unprocessed negative emotions, fear and traumas gets trapped and stored in the body and become energetic blocks that often take a physical toll on the body.
Psycho therapy often helps us to identify these fears and traumas, but isn’t always able to dislodge them from the body. These traumas and blocks can stay in the body since childhood and hold us back from leading the life we want to live. Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool to help unblock, unravel and release fear, traumas, limiting beliefs and negative emotions.
We need to work with holistic therapy approach when it comes to energy blockage.

Shama is a Breathwork facilitator, who has done a 300 hours teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yogasana from Mysore Shala, a shamanic practitioner and a Kundalini sadhak.
She loves to share her teachings and practices by connecting and collaborating with like-minded individuals .
