About the Event
VIBING with the Bowls is like giving your body an internal sound massage. The sounds are not just heard by the ear but felt throughout the body. The bowls are tuned to certain music notes that invoke the seven chakras in the body, transmit & amplify energy, bringing harmony to the body.
The frequency of the chakra bowls work on deeper levels of our consciousness (theta state) & thus can release deep rooted pains , attachments & fears situated in our sub-conscious mind . Your body takes what it needs from the vibrations. You'll feel it in the part of the body that needs it. The reverberation encourages a state of natural healing as the body comes into synchronicity with its natural frequency. The crystal-clear tones help reduce stress on an emotional level and calm the cluttered mind with increased clarity on a mental level .
What singing bowls does - is it brings the sounds of nature and cosmos back to us which helps the body to feel good, release suppressed emotions & increase clarity .

Wear comfortable clothing for the sound healing . Preferably come on an empty stomach or eat a light breakfast . You can carry a light blanket / shawl , eye pillow ,etc to make yourself extra comfortable for the sound bath.
