About the Event
Sound baths are extremely meditative & help cultivate nishpanda bhav (detached observation). It calms the mind & allows us to slip into a deeper state of relaxation (aka theta healing) . Sound travels through water, we are 75% water babies. Come experience this deep release for yourself .
Wear comfortable clothing for the sound healing . Preferably come on a light or empty stomach .You can carry a light blanket / shawl , eye pillow ,etc to make yourself extra comfortable for the sound bath.
There is no parking avaible at the venue . Post the sound bath we will enjoy seasonal smoothie bowls and plant-based brunch along with soulful conversations .
