Breathwork is the vehicle to connect back with your authentic self using the tool of breath. We are able to tap into our deepest selves - free from others opinions, free from socital conditioning, free from the responsibilities of adulthood.
This place we enter is serence, calm and truthful. It is where all our answers lie. In addition to these benefits, breathwork also has the ability to improve the gut Brain connection, thereby resetting the nervous system.
Please note, when you use breathwork as a tool to help with the nervous system, you are essentially retuning the vagus nerve (gut-brain connection) & it’s important to do it correctly. Doing it “incorrectly” ie for too long or too intensely can stress the body even more which we do not want . We want it to soothe you, not knock…
