About the Event
Join us for this intensive plant-based cooking workshop to learn a variety of sweet & savoury options. We'll be teaching how to make your own spice-blend, gluten-free flour mixture, housemaid tahini, vegan cheese au gratin, oat banana muffin tops, brownies, avocado mousse & lots more. We'll be sharing some tips on how to eat mindfully, as we feel eating clean is a spiritual practise in itself !
